Register Now for the 2022 Cops & Kids Findlay Halloween Parade
The Fort Findlay Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #20 Foundation in conjunction with loanDepot proudly presents the 2022 Cops & Kids Findlay Halloween Parade. Funds raised by parade sponsorships and entry fees will be used to support active, retired, and fallen FOP members and their families while building positive relationships between citizens and law enforcement through youth and community programming. Here are the options for parade entries. Please remember that an entry is ONE vehicle, ONE vehicle pulling ONE float, ONE vehicle supporting ONE walking group or ONE walking group.

- $300 Last place sponsorship available now, deadline Oct. 25
- $50 Trick-or-Treat Bag Flyer, must provide 2,000 copies by Oct. 7
There are only a few sponsorship opportunities left:
Your float will be entry #6 in the parade. (You may also gift your preferred placement to another entity. Restrictions apply.) Your name and/or image will be featured on the banner preceding each band that marches in the parade. Your name and/or image will be featured on all plaques and/or awards given to each band that participates. Up to 50% of this sponsorship level is shared with the schools to help defray their cost of participating in the parade. Your name and/or image will be featured in the "Thank You" ad running in The Courier following the parade. You may include a single-page handout/brochure in the trick-or-treat bag handed out by the grand marshal float.
There are 8 possible spots for food trucks and stationary vendors along the parade route. Those with valid vendor permits with the City of Findlay may set up along the route. Restrictions apply.

If you would like to provide a single-page handout/brochure in the trick-or-treat bag handed out by the grand marshal float, it must be approved by the parade committee, and 2,000 copies must be at the FOP Lodge by October 14.

The 2022 Cops & Kids Findlay Halloween Parade will be held on Tuesday October 25th starting at 7:00 pm. The parade route will be Main St. from 6th St. to Lima St.
Registration will run from September 19 through October 21. Entries before midnight on October 2 will receive an early bird discount.
Registration options are available for everyone; those with a valid nonprofit determination will receive a discount on their entry fee (preferred placement not eligible for discounts.) Preferred placement entries are the first 20 non-dignitary, non-sponsored spots in the lineup. A parade entry is ONE vehicle, ONE walking group, ONE vehicle pulling ONE float or ONE vehicle supporting ONE walking group. Entries over 45 feet in length are permitted and considered oversized. They will be placed in the parade lineup at the committee's discretion.
Your placement in the parade is not secure until the correct payment is received. Nonprofit status may need to be verified to receive the nonprofit discount. Please have your IRS letter of determination available upon request.
Notice: In case of cancellation due to any cause, registration is non-refundable.
This event will happen rain or shine. In the case of severe/dangerous weather, local media will be alerted to share.
