Our community is heartbroken by the passing of Officer John Schimmoeller, who faithfully served the Findlay Police Department for 28 years, most recently as Court Officer. John was more than a police officer. He was a friend, mentor, and steady presence who touched countless lives. Now, friends, neighbors, and fellow officers are coming together to raise funds for his family during this difficult time. The Fort Findlay FOP Foundation is helping to coordinate donations so every act of generosity reaches those who need it most.
